Here are the simple steps to completing your order

1. Click on Order Form button above and fill in the blanks. After complete, select the "Print This Page" button at the bottom of the form (you may want to print two copies, one for your records and one to send with the order). Next, while the page is still filled out, please press the "Submit Order" button. This will notify us of the pending order.

2. Click on Film Preparation and follow the steps to prepare the film for shipping. Please be sure to follow the steps provided or you may incur extra unanticipated handling charges.

3. Ship your order to us:

4. When we receive your order we will review it, and we will send you an email confirming the order, the final bill, when we expect to have the order completed, and we will address any questions we have at that time.

5. You will need to reply to that email confirming your wishes for us to begin the scanning.

6. When your order is complete and we have your payment we will ship your order back to you via UPS Ground (unless other methods are requested). We will send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped along with the tracking number.
