Every film and slide submitted to Custom Scanning for scanning will be handled with the care and expertise that we handle our own film and slides, however, the possibility of damage or loss is not inconceivable. Submitting any film or slide to Custom Scanning for any type of processing constitutes an agreement by you, the customer, that any damage or loss by our company or agent, even though due to the negligence or other fault of our company or agent, will only entitle you to replacement with like amount of unexposed film and processing. Except for such replacement, the acceptance of Custom Scanning or our agent, of the film or slide is without other warranty, liability, or guarantee of any kind, and recovery of any incidental or consequential damage is excluded.
Custom Scanning assumes absolutely no responsibility for loss or damage that occurs in shipping of customers' film, slides, etc. either from the customer to Custom Scanning or from Custom Scanning to the customer.
The customer submits film and slides to Custom Scanning with the understanding that Custom Scanning is not responsible for any damage to the film or slide itself that might occur during scanning.

Custom Scanning absolutely will not accept nor process any material of explicitly sexual or morally offensive nature.
Custom Scanning will not accept nor process any copyrighted material without express permission of the copyright owner. The customer accepts all responsibility for violating any copyright laws, and the customer agrees not to hold Custom Scanning responsible for violation of any copyright laws.
Custom Scanning will return any refused orders at the customer's expense.

Confidentiality
Custom Scanning will not disclose any of your personal information (name, phone number, email, address, etc.) to anyone.
Custom Scanning will not keep, use, or show to anyone any of your images. The only exception to this policy is if you choose to have us keep remote backup disc sets for you. In which case, we will keep those discs confidential, and will not use or show them to anyone.
